OpenClaw Video Roundup: Best YouTube Tutorials This Week

YouTube content around OpenClaw has been picking up fast. Several new tutorials dropped this week covering different installation paths, and the quality has improved noticeably from earlier months. Here's a rundown of the most useful recent videos and what each one covers.

Best New Tutorials This Week

Why So Many Tutorials Right Now?

The volume of beginner content is a direct result of OpenClaw hitting mainstream developer awareness. v2026.4.5 (released April 6) shipped localized Control UI for 12 languages including Chinese, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Portuguese — which will likely drive even more international tutorial content in the coming weeks.

The Hostinger partnership angle is also notable: Hostinger appears to be actively pushing OpenClaw as a VPS use case, which explains why "Hostinger + OpenClaw" tutorials are becoming their own genre.

Tips for Following Along

A few things to keep in mind when following these tutorials:

  • Check the version being demonstrated. OpenClaw moves fast. A tutorial from even two weeks ago may show a slightly different UI or setup flow.
  • Use openclaw doctor after setup. It catches common configuration mistakes automatically and will suggest fixes.
  • Skills panel is now in the Control UI. The v2026.4.5 release added ClawHub search, detail, and install flows directly in the Skills panel — so if a tutorial tells you to install skills via CLI, you can also do it through the UI now.
  • Exec approvals have changed. Recent versions overhauled how exec approval trust is stored. If you're following an older tutorial and exec behavior seems different, check the exec approvals docs for the current configuration.

More Content Coming

With the Control UI now fully multilingual and YouTube tutorials driving significant onboarding traffic, this category is only going to grow. We'll keep rounding up the best videos each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
